We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or exchanges for international customers.
At Indian Hair World, we are pleased to provide our domestic customers with the option to return eligible items under specific conditions. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unaltered condition and returned within 5 days of delivery. Eligible returns will be issued store credit; please note that refunds are not available.
If you ordered a product but did not receive it, and the amount was deducted from your account, we will arrange a refund upon receiving valid proof. Additionally, if you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a return for that item, provided you have valid proof.
